Lighting activation can be linked to your security system. In the event of an incident, specific lights can come on in the area of incident detection and exterior lights can flash on and off to provide better locating by the authorities.

Fixing it means configuring the system to match the exact load type or swapping in verified compatible bulbs.

My lighting app says the system is “Offline.” How do I restore it?

If your keypads still work locally but the app can’t connect, the main processor has likely lost its network assignment.
